We are seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing lean initiatives and projects to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Manage Lean Six Sigma Projects

Develop and execute project plans to drive operational excellence and process improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Identify Areas for Improvement

Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop project plans to address these opportunities, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve project goals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and striving for operational excellence.

Provide Training and Mentorship

Provide training and mentorship to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools, ensuring a strong understanding of the methodology and its application.

Monitor and Evaluate Project Progress

Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes, and communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a Related Field
