Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Leader to join our team in the Americas region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in human resources management and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective human resources strategies that drive overall business performance, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Direct human resources activities in the respective region, improving HR performance against key pillars: attract, retain, engage, and develop.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, performance management, development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Analyze annual financial impact on people costs and ensure compliance with all local employment law requirements.
- Design and review compensation and benefits programs in line with corporate strategy for talent retention.
- Measure, monitor, and detect significant trends through various indicators, such as turnover, absenteeism, employee seniority, and educational levels.
- Implement the Teleflex CSR Program in the respective region and develop policies and procedures to plan, manage, and evaluate employee performance.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Familiarity with global operations and complex organizations.
- A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
