Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience in Mexico. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with local regulations and support the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and foster a positive work culture in accordance with Mexican labor laws and cultural norms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related tools and technologies.
