Renewal Account Executive Role

This role focuses on achieving renewal targets for Samsara's Commercial and mid-market accounts. You'll ensure customers are set up for success while maximizing financial results for Samsara. Key responsibilities include minimizing financial attrition, locking in favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and closing 36-month renewal deals.

In this Role, You Will:

Own 50+ renewal engagements per quarter from end-to-end
Exceed sales targets
Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems, upsell, and ensure successful renewals
Proactively identify and contribute to improvements in team functionality
Contribute to a motivating team environment that drives performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full cycle closing sales experience, ideally working with mid-sized businesses in a high transaction environment
  • A track record of consistent quota over-achievement
  • Comfort with a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
  • Empathy for customers and team members
  • Highly organized
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
