Job Title: Business Development and Growth Manager
About the RoleThe Business Development and Growth Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through exceptional execution of commercial strategies at the point of sale. Key activities include planning, customer development, and executing business plans to achieve channel growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Development and Monitoring
- Customer development (mainly distributors)
- Customer Execution
- Develop strategy to channel growth
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience completed
- At least +5 years of proven experience in the commercial area
- Previous experience in positions as Account Manager, Sales Leader or similar
- Previous experience leading teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong selling skills
- Excellent skills in time management, planning, and managing budgets
Travel Requirements:
Availability to travel within the country up to 50% of the time.
