About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Harman International. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Execute tasks assigned to you, following all safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards, and work to eliminate them.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and propose new tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide support to production lines to prevent downtime and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Close work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance, and update the maintenance connection system.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
  • Implement kaizens to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on equipment faults and maintenance activities.
  • Attend training sessions and assessments to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Integrity, innovation, inclusion, teamwork, and respect.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical control, electronics, PLCs, LabVIEW, mechanics, and pneumatics.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Experience with multi-meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and A.C. and D.C. systems.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to create and process work orders in a computerized maintenance connection system.
