Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team, supporting various responsibilities including:
- Accurate data entry into accounting software.
- Collaboration with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team for billing and deposits.
- Assistance to the Accounts Payable (AP) team by forwarding invoices for approval and resolving vendor issues.
- Preparation of records for release.
- Ongoing reconciliations.
Work Schedule
This role operates on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with regular working hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Mexico City time. During daylight saving in the U.S., the schedule adjusts to 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Mexico City time.
Compensation Package
We offer an attractive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Remote work flexibility.

- A 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo).
- IMSS and major medical insurance coverage from day one.
After completing a three-month probationary period, additional benefits include minor medical insurance, food vouchers, restaurant tickets, and a saving fund contribution.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- At least two years of experience in administrative or financial roles.
- A high school diploma or recent graduation in accounting, finance, or administration.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles in English, including general accounts, debits, credits, and double-entry records.
- Strong data entry abilities.
