About the Role:
The Group Incentive Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and securing group incentive travel business while generating hotel/resort awareness through direct sales calls, FAM trips, and tradeshows. This role requires a proven sales track record and the ability to travel extensively to promote the resort.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills and Spanish proficiency, as this position is based in Mexico.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxury Hotel Sales Hospitality.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
- Understanding of luxury service standards and ability to deliver high-quality service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Guest-centricity and understanding of guest preferences.
