Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Validate Material Quality: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our production, procurement, and quality teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and Implement Quality Processes: Collaborate with our quality team to develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Analyze and Interpret Data: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our quality processes.
- Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate quality issues and recommendations to our production and procurement teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Industrial, Technical, or Quality Engineering Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, technical engineering, or quality engineering.
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Experience working in a machine shop or repair shop, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, 8D, Plan Control, and 5S.
- Language Skills: Intermediate-Advanced English language skills.
- Personality Traits: Strong attention to detail, security conscious, and a commitment to quality and safety.
