Key Responsibilities:
- Register information in our database system.
- Analyze and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload documents to various portals and maintain up-to-date records.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify information and resolve issues.
- Prepare and review final reports for submission.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience as a back office or administrative assistant in a business setting.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A competitive base salary of $16,000-$20,000 per month, depending on experience.
