Recruiter Chetumal Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Alstom in Chetumal. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our business objectives.

• Source and select high-quality candidates for various roles, utilizing a range of recruitment channels and strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's business needs, job requirements, and market trends to make informed recruitment decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the best recruitment strategies to achieve their goals.
• Utilize various tools and technologies, including HRIS systems, to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and optimize the recruitment process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
