Recruiter Chetumal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Chetumal. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting top talent for our organization.

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our organization's business needs and requirements, ensuring that recruitment efforts align with our goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as our organization's policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent and meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
