At Epta Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for implementing Corporate HR policy, procedures, and initiatives at a local level.
Key Responsibilities- Manage issues and needs related to plant personnel, serving as a point of reference for team managers and individual contributors.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with local institutional bodies of competence.
- Define and analyze the personnel cost budget in collaboration with finance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports relating to personnel for Company Management and Production Management.
- Organize and implement staff training activities based on the needs indicated by company areas and/or Management.
- Identify new recruitment needs and contribute to the salary review process.
- Manage the administration of employees, including recording attendance, sending data for payroll processing, and drafting letters of recruitment and related changes.
- Professional experience in HR or a similar role: > 6 years.
- Management experience: HR Department in a multinational context in similar industries, with similar dimensions.
- Languages: English and Spanish are mandatory.
- Highest Education Level: Industrial relations, economics, industrial psychology, or industrial engineering master's degree desirable.
