Job Title:

Human Resources Continuous Improvement Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and digital transformation in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process mapping and ideation sessions to develop process maps using SIPOC and process taxonomy.
  • Optimize HR processes, including automation and digital solutions, to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assess and calculate the impact of continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and cost savings.
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure standardization of global processes, focusing on scalability and alignment with GBS digital and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners, operating within an AGILE framework and having opportunities for Scrum Master certification.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, ideally within HR.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, including past experience as an HR Process Lead or HTR Process Improvement Manager/Lead.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement metrics to assess and drive process efficiencies.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with the potential to certify as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
