">We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance services at customer sites.
">Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.">
- Equipment Safety and Performance: Ensure the safe operation of equipment and identify any potential risks or hazards.">
- Site Environment Management: Manage the site environment during service operations, including ensuring a safe working environment.">
- Service Operations: Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs) while adhering to schedules, quality standards, and time limits.">
- Time Management and Reporting: Effectively plan workload in conjunction with the service supervisor and submit accurate time sheets based on executed work.">
- Spare Parts Management: Identify spare needs, request spares from supervisors, and manage proximity stock.">
- Tooling and Van Maintenance: Ensure tooling, vans, instruments, and other equipment are safe, maintained, and in good condition.">
- Leadership and People Management: Provide regular updates to supervisors, attend training sessions, and potentially give coaching to nominated personnel.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical service operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also be familiar with Kone's products and technology.

">We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
