As a Customer Service and Technical Specialist at Bunge, you will play a crucial role in providing internal and external customers with technical support and assistance regarding the proper use and performance of our product portfolio.
Job Summary:This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of four years of experience as a Technical Service Representative or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or M.S. in Food Science or Bakery Science and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and team. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing and managing BOM master data, elaborating functional trials, and providing technical support to customers.
The successful candidate will also have knowledge of regulatory affairs globally and locally, as well as general understanding of food production processes. Additionally, they will be able to recognize and understand new trends in the food industry and final consumer products market.
