As an IT Support Specialist in our Global Information Technology Centers, you will be part of a team that delivers on technology needs and maintains global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise.

This role requires minimal supervision and involves owning assigned tasks and resolving general problems. You will proactively monitor call queues and prioritize daily activities, provide general support on hardware and software problems, install, test, and maintain software and hardware components, and participate in project teams as needed.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of life cycle management processes and recommend improvements, document system/environment changes, and provide technical guidance to other staff members.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong knowledge of hardware, internals, peripherals, and software on platforms supported, good understanding of validated or quality systems, excellent judgment and customer interaction skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
