Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Senior Administrator to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. As a key member of our HR team, you'll provide support in the main functions of Human Resources, adhering to Johnson & Johnson guides, Federal Labor Law, and Internal Work Regulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and presentation of compensation, benefits, and training programs.
  • Provide HR-related training for leaders and employees.
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources processes, with at least 3 years in talent management.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge and technical experience in Strategic Human Resource Management.
