Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Kohler Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources processes in our Plant, while also assisting with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with associates and Union leadership by spending time on the manufacturing floor, working with managers, general supervisors, and supervisors to develop a strong communications strategy on retention, development, and succession of the operational workforce.
- Critical action and execute cost-effective and timely development plans that result in improvement of the strength of the organizational operation workforce.
- Advise members on interpersonal relationships, career plans, development plans, and corrective activities and behaviors that are consistent with the organizational changes that need to be implemented.
- Collect information to understand, analyze, and solve HR-related problems in the solution of everyday HR-related problems.
- Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for those with a major in Human Resources, Administration, or experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with 2 years of correlated performance as a business partner in a manufacturing operation.
- Preference for working knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based software applications and bilingual skills.
