Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and analyze customer requirements to integrate demand into production plans
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information to the shipping area
  • Track shipments and communicate any failures or issues
  • Follow up on deliveries and shipment of commercial documents
  • Administer customer portals in logistics areas

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry
  • Advanced level of English
  • SAP, EDI, and customer portal experience
