Job Description

Design Manager Opportunity:

You will lead a DRAM Design team designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. Our team vision is a continuing desire to develop your skills working in an inclusive diverse environment of multicultural Teams across worldwide geographies, enabling the creative career path you deserve with a collaborative environment and groundbreaking technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a design team to contribute to the development of new product, design flows, and methodologies by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
  • Drive the team's daily work and long-term strategy to achieve design methodology teams' goals.
  • Lead the team to evaluate and identify the best-known practices and communicate to all DRAM teams.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to team members, establish goals and development plans, and provide opportunities to expand skills and promote career growth.
  • Cook, mentor, and develop current and future Micron leaders/individual contributors.
  • Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.
Qualifications:
  • BS with 7+ years' experience or MS with 5+ years' experience.
  • +3 years' experience of the team leader or manager role that manages a team with >5 people.
  • Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis.
  • Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools (Primetime) and the associated design flow.
