Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced UI/UX designer who is passionate about creating efficient and effective SaaS solutions. As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing the user experience of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our designs innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating your ability to create user-centric designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating polished, high-quality designs.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
