Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist in the coordination of employee events and activities
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in a related field (Communication, Psychology, Administration, or similar)
  • Previous experience in internships, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in English (desirable)
