Job Summary

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including payroll, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of company programs relating to payroll, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and other HR areas.
  • Execute recruitment plans, including job posting, career fairs, information sessions, hiring sessions, and interviews.
  • Handle incoming applicant files, including screening, assisting with business units to understand required skills, arranging interviews, and providing results.
  • Coordinate the offer process and new hire processes.
  • Act as an administrative representative on projects involving transactional activity, such as acquisitions, changes to HR programs, and process improvements.
  • Assist with benefit enrollment and compile necessary information as requested.
  • Provide customer service support to applicants, employees, and management, and resolve HR-related issues.

Requirements

  • Four to six years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma and additional courses after high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions

  • Duties are generally performed in good working conditions, with occasional exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements, such as data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc., are frequently required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
