About the Role
The Quality and Compliance Program Manager will champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure process owners maintain their part of the quality management system. You'll be responsible for implementing policies and procedures that enhance quality objectives within North America. This includes identifying areas of improvement through analysis of Quality Gate Reviews, warranty issues, internal audits, customer surveys, and customer complaints.

You'll work closely with regional business management, engineering management, and the project management office (PMO) to implement and monitor improvement strategies. Your expertise will support Lifecycle Services business areas, including Information Solutions, Digital, Software projects, and Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality plans, monitoring, and reporting for LCS projects and services
- Contribute to global quality initiatives and ensure consistent implementation within the region
- Plan, execute, and report quality audits, investigations, and corrective/preventive actions on a regional level
- Manage external quality audits (ISO, customers, vendors)
- Drive continuous improvement processes within the region
- Oversee operational responsibility for LCS-QMS development, maintenance, documentation, and compliance in North America

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Software, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project and service delivery environment, with experience in an Engineering or Project Management capacity
- Fluent English language skills (verbal, reading & writing)
- Strong knowledge and technical experience in one or more of Information Solutions, Digital, Software projects, or Cyber Security
- Proven self-starter with demonstrated capability of achieving goals and objectives under minimal supervision

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience
