Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to promote a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, training, and alignment with company objectives.
- Guarantee production, delivery, and quality standards meet customer requirements at the most competitive cost.
- Define operational goals and execute strategies to achieve them.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for operational activities to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals.
- Meet with Executive Business leaders to review and evaluate KOI's.
- Provide strategic leadership to different areas to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Implement HR strategies and actions to recruit, train, and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience and knowledge in the Automotive Industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
- Strong experience in people management and staff development.
- Advanced English.
- Strong experience guiding multiple manufacturing entities.
- Strong innovation skills and creativity.
- Proven ability to follow up and improve key financial results.
