Engineering Supervisor

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to engineers and engineering technicians in one or more NPI programs, or functions, supporting the achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, coach, and direct a team of engineering technicians and engineers in support of one or more product lines or process areas within a manufacturing site.
- Establish daily/weekly/monthly objectives for team members and ensure effective communications throughout the team.
- Provide active support for each direct report to aspire to accomplish their Individual Development Plans as a roadmap to professional and personal skill's development.
- Resolve day-to-day issues as they are raised by members of your team and seek cross-functional and/or organizational support for resolution.
- Engrave a culture of quality amongst your team and ensure compliance to the established Quality Management System.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment where your team feels supported and openly communicates opportunities and issues.
- Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or another technical discipline.
- Manufacturing floor experiences where you were directly supporting a manufacturing process or product line and/or the associated equipment or controls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bias for action, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff through all company business units.
- Ability to work to a deadline and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
