WorldStrides is seeking a highly skilled Global Finance and Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The Global Finance and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our study abroad programs, including invoicing, payment tracking, and financial aid processing. This role will also involve working closely with program managers, product leads, and resident directors to ensure seamless program operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice students and universities, collect payments, track outstanding balances, and follow up on late payments.
  • Process financial aid forms, track disbursements of student aid, and set up payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including program finances and student account details.
  • Review and approve invoices for payment to host universities, housing agencies, and other international vendors.
  • Assist with various accounting and finance projects as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
