Key Responsibilities- Design Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to design engineers and layout designers to ensure adherence to design standards and methodologies.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among team members, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Probe, Test, Quality Assurance, and CAD teams to ensure product alignment and successful tape-out.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of industry experience in design engineering, with a strong background in circuit design and physical layout.
