**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and oversee supply plans for Hunter Douglas' final assembly sites, focusing on reducing inventories and operating costs while enhancing customer service quality.
• Spearhead initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, from new product development to end-of-life phases. Oversee the creation and setup of new items and establish inventory and planning strategies for pipeline builds.
• Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OE) process by providing timely and accurate production plans and material requirements.
• Maintain effective communications with team leaders and other key stakeholders in a manner that is timely, complete, concise, and responsive.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Operations/Manufacturing, or relevant supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the End-to-End Supply Chain flow and interdependencies across functions.
• Strong analytical skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to partner and communicate across functional levels.
• Ability to manage projects and embrace change.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP/IBP knowledge is required.
• APICS certification is a plus.
