Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations, and communicate financial information effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership roles, including finance management and financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified General Accountant (CGA), or American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) certification is a plus.
