**About Operations**
The Operations function is the backbone of any company, and at STX Group, it's no exception. Our Operations team, comprising IT, Finance, Human Resources, and Middle Office, works closely with all other teams and desks to guarantee compliance with relevant rules and regulations. We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Office Coordinator and help us drive our operations forward.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Office Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Organizing company events, including off-site meetings, executive meetings, and social gatherings
- Managing budgets and ordering supplies, stationery, and food and beverages
- Coordinating with external suppliers and contractors
- Managing projects, such as office upgrades and facilities
- Developing new ideas to improve the office environment and implementing them
- Liaising with the building manager
- Managing travel bookings and greeting clients and visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3-6 years of professional experience in office management, event management, or project management
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- A Bachelor's degree
- Excellent project management skills and a problem-solving mindset
- A proactive attitude
- Living or willing to relocate to Mexico City
