About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Recruiting Operations team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the interview process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews through our ATS and utilize additional tools for scheduling and operations
  • Compile interview packets, schedules, and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
  • Assist in the administration of the employee referral system, partnering with payroll to ensure referrer receives referral award
  • Support administrative and operational projects for the broader Recruiting Operations and Programs team
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices

Requirements

  • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
  • At least 6 months of scheduling and calendar management experience
  • Experience as an HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Administrative experience for manager or executive-level individuals
  • Comfortable going into the office as needed
  • Experience with ATS, ideally Greenhouse
