About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting targeted and comprehensive customer accounts to ensure a successful customer journey experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on how to maximize their use of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team, Technical Support & Services Teams, Sales Force/Operations Team, and Account Managers & Sales Channel Teams to achieve shared goals.
- Develop and implement client success plans to drive adoption and growth of our data analytics software portfolio, including RapidMiner, Monarch, Panopticon, and SLC.
- Work with customers to capture insights and use cases, identifying opportunities for deeper relationships and new business.
- Assist with creating and implementing customer success messaging touchpoints and outreaches to ensure seamless communication.
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as information technology, information systems, data science, computer science, mathematics, or business administration.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Confident self-starter who can work well with minimum supervision and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred but not necessary.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, flexible working hours, 75% paid vacation time, one month of Aguinaldo, 12 days of vacation, SGMM insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, savings fund, tools, and meal vouchers.
