Key Responsibilities

- Managing Sales Technology: Ensure field representatives have the necessary tools and technology for success, including CRM and sales automation tools.
- Field Sales Representative Training & Development: Train field sales representatives on company products or services and best sales practices, and develop their sales skills through coaching and feedback.
