Commercial Associate

At CEI Fleet Collision and Safety, we're redefining the fleet management industry to be people-first, then business. We're looking for a talented Commercial Associate to join our team and help us deliver a superior client experience.
As a Commercial Associate, you'll work closely with our Sales Managers to support the preparation of quotes, budgets, and presentations for clients. You'll analyze customer data to generate proposals, participate in credit and risk analysis processes, and help construct the supply and pricing structure.
\t- Responsible for credit line renewals and providing general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing.
\t - Support the pricing process and prepare daily fees, proposals, risk analysis, and legal issues.
\t - Follow up with prospects on the checklist and general requirements for credit line authorizations.
\t - Actively monitor business opportunities through the "Inquiry-to-Order" process to facilitate and streamline the flow of operations and the commercial relationship with each client.
\t - Support Sales Managers in analyzing potential clients and conducting market research, working together to ensure the achievement of the expected volume for each client.
\t - Coordinate with the legal team to prepare contracts for new clients.
\t - Request implementation processes with the customer experience team to onboard new clients.
\t - Follow up on internal approvals across areas: credit, legal, closing, capping.
\t - Work together with the Sales Manager for any customer concerns, new business opportunities, or special requirements, ensuring timely and agreed-upon action.
Requirements
\t- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Economy, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field.
\t - At least 2 years of experience in the commercial and/or financial services industry.
