We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Ria. In this role, you will provide information to our clients about their transactions and resolve general queries they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via telephone and email to resolve their questions and complaints;
- Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions;
- Maintain constant communication with our correspondent to resolve customer complaints;
- Collaborate with our accounting department to reconcile and balance the refunds of cancelled transactions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum education of completed high school or college;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer;
- At least one year's work experience in customer services or a call center position;
- An additional language;
- Strong customer orientation skills;
- Excellent communications skills (both oral and written);
- Attention to detail;
- A good teamworking approach;
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
