**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technology Manager to join our team at Polaris Industries. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering leadership chain, you will be responsible for providing direct support to the completion and implementation of high-impact activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide leadership and support to the team through our company's GPTW strategy and Polaris Values on a daily basis.
• Focus on the implementation of new products, technologies, and process improvements aligned with our Plant KPIs: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Support new product introduction, quality audit KPIs, safety KPIs, and provide support during critical runs and periods of time.
• Collaborate with the ME Sr. to follow up on activities with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Provide support on scrap, downtime, and root cause investigation, as well as improvement in fixtures, machines, equipment, presses, and process control.
• Identify root causes of quality audit findings and suggest ways to improve and correct.
• Provide leadership on process and standard work technology.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Manufacturing Engineering, or Administration in progress.
• 1-3 years' experience in Manufacturing, Production, or QA.
• Knowledge in design software (AutoCAD, Solid) preferred.
• Required software proficiency including all MS Office Tools.
• Required advanced knowledge (AS400, BOM, BOM analyzer, Powerlink, Indusoft basic).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and be efficient with multiple tasks.
• Proficient English Language skills are preferred.
