**Job Overview**

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our data analysis department, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses from start to finish, including data preparation, model training, and thorough evaluation.
  • Present complex results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, drive solutions, and consolidate outcomes with operations stakeholders.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields.
  • Experience as a Data Scientist, Business Intelligence specialist, or similar role, preferably in a Financial or Operations context.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning models, data mining techniques, and statistical theory.
  • Proficiency in Python and its common machine learning libraries (Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow/Pytorch).
  • Good knowledge of database fundamentals and ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to express yourself confidently in the English language.
