Technical Support Specialist for Global Platforms

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico, supporting the development and maintenance of cutting-edge platforms.
Ntt Data Services is looking for an energetic individual with strong technical skills, able to work well in a global environment and provide consultative support in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively resolve L2 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing
- Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages
- Experience with Java programming language preferred
Benefits:
- Negotiable salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
