About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Senior Consultant to join our team at MXES Entserv Enterprise Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP CRM modules to meet client needs.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP CRM projects from inception to completion.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on SAP CRM best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Project Management:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM functionality.
  • Implement enhancements and updates as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM configuration and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • SAP certification in CRM is a plus.
