**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Qualify all applicants received through Propertyware and conduct thorough background checks.
  • Guide applicants through the approval process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is gathered and updated in Propertyware.
  • Coordinate with field services and leasing to send warm welcome letters and resident handbooks to new tenants.
  • Manage annual renewals, maintain a friendly rapport with owners and residents, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience working in the real estate/leasing field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn company-specific, proprietary software applications.
  • Ability to work with minimal to moderate supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • College degree.
  • Experience with Propertyware.
