At Sanhua International, we are seeking an experienced Import Export Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for organizing, synchronizing, and managing various activities or elements within a project with the aim of achieving efficiency and consistency in compliance with regulations applicable to commercial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business units in inventory control of their Annex 24 or 30.
- Support foreign trade compliance audits in business units to detect failures or errors in the import and export operation internally, and implement the corresponding improvements.
- Support and guide Sanhua business units in obtaining new programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC or any required certification.
- Provide support to business units for domicile registration or updates of their registered information for IMMEX or certifications if necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for receipt and dispatch of goods.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English language is essential.
- University Degree in International Relations, International Trade, Foreign Relations.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Import - Export department in similar positions.
