- Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Electronic Engineering degree.
- Substantial knowledge of product and manufacturing processes, including APQP, PPAP, XFMEA, MSA, SPC, and ISO TS 16949.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why, and 6 Sigma/Shainin methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across different regions.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to access and solve complex problems.
- Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning.
