About the Role

This is a key position in our Sales team, responsible for leading the development of our e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing these channels profitably year over year.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy to define future growth opportunities and investment in our e-commerce channels.
• Align pricing strategies in our e-commerce channels according to channel needs.
• Design winning digital communications strategies to win first positions in our customers' platforms.
• Design and execute a differentiated promotional calendar relevant to our e-commerce channels.
• Create the future route to market strategy for our e-commerce channels, focusing on Amazon, Justo, and Meli.
• Co-lead with Supply Chain the development of new sizes and formats according to channel needs.
• Own the e-commerce P&L for this segment of clients.
• Create the correct portfolio strategy including innovation for Amazon.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering. E-commerce and digital commercial experience, preferably having worked on CPG's with highly developed e-commerce programs, is a must. Commercial experience preferred (Key Account Executive, Customer Marketing). Excellent relationships and communication skills and strong stakeholder management are also required. Strategic thinking, project management, and strong capabilities to transform vision into execution are essential.
