About the Role: The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for advising technology groups and the bank as a whole on new technologies and business needs. They will collaborate with executive management on the bank's technology direction and business goals. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and competency in cloud environments and Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisory and Collaboration: Act as an advisor to all technology groups and the bank as a whole when new technologies or business needs are identified.
- Enterprise Architecture (EA) Patterns and Frameworks: Create EA patterns and antipatterns, and provide an architectural framework for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts.
- Strategy and Roadmap Ownership: Own the development and alignment of technology strategy and roadmap within a defined domain.
- Research and Development: Stay actively engaged in industry and technology trends, and maintain active research on current state and emerging technologies.
- Requirements Definition: Understand user and process requirements and ensure those requirements can be achieved through high-quality deliverables.
- Product and Solution Delivery & Integration: Influence and collaborate with TAG Teams and other Business Units to deliver secure, quality, scalable, and resilient solutions within schedule, budget, and scope.
- Industry and Brand Stewardship: Actively participate in industry events, publish white papers, host webinars, and more to help advance the technology brand of the company.
- Mentorship: Provide active leadership and mentorship in technology best practices and methodology across Teams and the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Architect Certification as an Architect in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- 10+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, or application deployment.
- 4+ years of experience as an EA or technical architect.
- Competent in reviewing system and application designs to ensure compliance and consistency with the business's strategic direction.
- Possesses organizational skills to identify and track architectural issues to resolution.
- In-depth knowledge and competency in the bank's key technological areas.
- Well-versed and have hands-on experience with cloud environments.
- Proficient with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.
- Proficient with contingency and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborative professional who can build effective partnerships with technical and non-technical leaders.
- Respected leader who can lead and grow the next generation of architects.
- Able to foresee risks and communicate appropriate mitigation.
- Strong oral and written communicator who can build cooperative relationships to communicate the business value of technology.
Workstyle: Fully onsite.
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $111,000.00-$175,000.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon various non-discriminatory factors. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.

Benefit eligibility begins the first day of the month following the date of hire for associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty hours weekly.
