Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Strategist to join our sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for executing mid-market sales objectives outlined by the Sales Leadership team. This includes researching and developing a pipeline of clients, engaging with prospective clients and industry influencers, conducting meetings, maintaining post-sale relationships, and exceeding revenue targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver accurate forecasts to sales leadership
- Provide feedback to sales leadership, product, engineering, and marketing on field insights
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual presentations to clients across Latin America
- Represent Cloudbeds at major industry events
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience in mid-market sales with an emphasis on varying sales cycles and long-term pipeline management
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present to customers, peers, and leadership
- A track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition, high customer renewal rates, and high levels of outbound prospecting activity
- Subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM
- Broad experience in the hospitality industry
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working schedules, open Paid Time Away policy, and access to professional development opportunities.
