Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with residential projects in Quintana Roo and a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
