About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our healthcare solutions team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients worldwide to design and optimize Philips solutions, requiring strong design talent and understanding of technical and customer best practices.
  • Develop detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations to customers based on their requirements, ensuring the best possible solution.
  • Resolve functional issues and offer proactive support on our product.
  • Document solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.
  • Develop interfaces and user reports using our Tasy structure.
  • Practice configuration management and version control.
Requirements
  • Experience and affinity with a healthcare environment (nurse, doctor, chemical engineer, pharmacy, or related).
  • Intermediate or Advanced English.
  • Availability to travel within Mexico.
  • Knowledge in SQL, software, or database administration.
  • Basic knowledge about PMI Methodology.
  • Knowledge about good practices for documentation and Business Process Modeling skills.
  • Knowledge about NOM's and regulatory standards for Mexico (preferred).
