Business Process Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a Jr. Business Process Analyst to join our Global Information Technology (GIT) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining and improving business-to-business processes with customers, suppliers, carriers, banks, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SAP, WebMethods, CPI, API Management, and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of Integration applications.
- Follow up and take proper actions to provide IT support to issue resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in Global Information Technology (GIT).
- Support day-to-day business requirements according to Global Service Level Agreements and defined GIT support schema.
- Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes.
- Lead, collaborate, and implement Projects related to the Area according to the GIT Project Grid across the Division.
- Participate in Project Planning and implementation of multiple and complex GIT projects simultaneously.
- Drive analysis, research, and resolution of requests submitted by the business using existing technologies and ensuring solutions aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies.
- Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.
- Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
- Connect and align between business operational goals and Information Technology strategies.
- Understand and apply GIT Project Implementation Methodology to build plans and implement projects that will comply with GIT governance practices.
- Partner with other internal Information Technology organizations and other cross-functional business units as necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers, and external resources.
- Able to influence and negotiate critical decisions with key customers and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar Degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in programming language, or information technology.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in programming.
- Knowledge in SAP: SD (sales and distribution), facturación electronica (desirable).
- Programming Language: ABAP (desirable).
